Charles
Edwin Ed Collier, Jr., AIC, ARM
Originally hailing from Richmond, VA, Ed has resided
in Florida for the last 31 years. He is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute
and State University, Blacksburg, VA, earning a degree in International Studies
with a minor in Economics. After a tour in the U.S. Air Force, Ed attended the
Travelers Insurance Company Casualty-Property Claims Training Course in Richmond
and worked as a casualty-property adjuster for Travelers in Tampa, FL. In 1975
he joined the firm of Crawford and Company in Tampa as an all lines independent
adjuster where he served for over 30 years as an adjuster and supervisor handling
complex litigated cases. Ed has attended numerous insurance industry continuing
education courses and holds both the Associate in Claims (AIC) and Associate in
Risk Management (ARM) designations from the Insurance Institute of America. Ed
completed a tour of duty in the Air Force Reserves at Headquarters, U.S. Special
Operations Command in September 2005 and after 35 years of service, retired from
the Air Force Reserves October 1, 2005. He then joined Charles R. Tutwiler and
Associates, Inc. as a fully licensed all lines public adjuster in Florida. He
is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA),

Dante
R. Fabbro, P.C.L.A.
Dante has been a resident of Florida since 1976. He
holds a B.S. degree from the University of South Florida College of Business Administration
(1988). He joined the firm in 1993 and has successfully represented hundreds of
clients on claims ranging in size from $10,000 to just under $7 million. His experience
includes handling claims arising from major hurricanes such as Andrew ('92), Opal
('95), Georges ('98), Charley, Frances, Ivan, and Jeanne ('04). Additional specialties
include larger fire and collapse caused by hidden decay losses. Dante's membership
include: the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) and Windstorm
Insurance Network Inc. He is flood certified (NFIP), bears the professional designation
of Property Claims Law Associate (P.C.L.A.), and is licensed as a public insurance
adjuster in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas. Dante also has
experience with the international insurance community through his adjustment of
larger losses in the Caribbean Islands.

Stephen
R. Fayer
Steve graduated from Temple University in 1985 with
a B.A. degree in Business Administration. He was hired at Nationwide Insurance
Company in 1986 as a staff adjuster. Since 1997, he was president and owner of
Loss Adjustment Inc., a public adjusting firm in Pennsylvania, until moving to
Florida in 2005. Steve is a Florida licensed public adjuster and has handled many
claims including hurricane claims-Andrew (1992), Charley, Frances, Jeanne (04)
and Wilma (05). Steve is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance
Adjusters (NAPIA) and the Mid Atlantic Association of Public Insurance Adjusters
(MAPIA). He is currently licensed in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Pennsylvania,
and New Jersey. Steve knows how to give his clients the maximum settlement they

Frank
G. Fortson
Frank has over 20 years of business success as a professional
entrepreneur working in the restaurant food industry including owning his own
franchise stores in California. Seeking a different professional challenge, Frank
obtained his Florida public insurance adjuster license. He has successfully assisted
clients with their hurricane, fire, sinkhole, and collapse losses. His clients
include one of the nation's largest hotel chains where millions of dollars were
recovered as a result of the four devastating hurricanes that hit Florida in 2004.
Frank is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA)
and the Windstorm Insurance Network Inc. where he has served as a presenter in
conference workshops. He is certified as an expert in Florida courts regarding
loss and damage evaluation appraisal insurance loss. He is licensed as a public
insurance adjuster in Florida, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.

Keith
Grams
Keith is a Tampa native and a graduate of St. Leo University
with a B.A. in Business Management. Since joining Charles R. Tutwiler & Associates,
Inc., Keith has successfully settled hundreds of commercial, industrial, and residential
property claims including hurricane, flood, water damage, mold, sinkhole, fire,
collapse and many others. The 2004 hurricane season included four major hurricanes
which presented unprecedented challenges to the insurance industry. Keith's expertise
and vigilance resulted in multi-million dollar insurance settlements for his clients.
Keith is licensed to represent insurance policyholders in Florida, North Carolina,
South Carolina, and Texas. He is a member of the National Association of Public
Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA); as well as the Windstorm Insurance Network. Keith
has been a presenter for Condominium Associations and has even appeared on a local
cable television channel to discuss various insurance topics. Each year Keith
attends numerous educational seminars, workshops and presentations to stay abreast

Leonard
E. Miller, C.P.A.*, C.V.A.
*Licensed by the State of Florida
Lenny has resided in Florida for years.
He received his B.A. in Accounting from the University of South
Florida College of Business Administration (1982). He has practiced
public accounting for over 20 years. In addition to holding his
C.P.A. license, he is also Florida licensed as a public insurance
adjuster, as well as being licensed by the Florida Department of
Insurance for Health and Life and Series 7 Securities. His memberships
include: panel member, American Arbitration Assocation; Florida
Bar Grievance Committee; and is designated Certified Valuation Analyst.
He has testified as an expert witness in various courts as well
as chaired various arbitrations under the American Arbitration Association.

Michael
W. Platts
Before joining Charles R. Tutwiler and Associates Inc.
in 1994, Mike began his career as an all-lines and property claims adjuster with
Allstate Insurance. He currently holds licenses as an all-lines public insurance
adjuster within the states of Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Maryland
and Texas. Mike has been certified by both the State of Florida for windstorm
claims handling and by the Federal Government Management Association (FEMA) for
flood adjustment. His memberships include the: National Association of Public
Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) and the Windstorm Insurance Network, Inc. Mike has
presented a number of workshops for the Windstorm Insurance Network annual conferences,
having had years of experience with many hurricanes. Born to a military family,
Mike put himself through college earning his B.A. in Business Administration from
the University of South Florida. He is married and is an historian by avocation.

Dale
V. Sjoberg, P.C.L.A.
Upon completion of his military service in the U.S.
Marine Corps, Dale earned his B.A. degree in Business Management/Finance from
Florida Southern College in Lakeland, FL. Subsequently, he was hired by Travelers
Insurance Company where he was trained in the underwriting and claims department.
While at Travelers, he completed the property damage appraisal program at Vale
Tech in Pennsylvania and GAB Robins estimating school in Denver, CO. He also earned
the professional designation of Property Law for Claims Associate (P.C.L.A.) from
the American Educational Institute. While at Travelers Mr. Sjoberg was given an
award for outstanding service for handling losses from Hurricanes Frederic and
Alicia. Dale is Florida licensed as an all-lines public insurance adjuster and
bonded. He brings over 30 years of property casualty adjusting/appraisal experience
including 5 years insurance restoration experience as well as being umpire certified.
His memberships include: National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA);
Windstorm Insurance Network Inc.; Brandon Chamber of Commerce; and his church.
He is licensed in Florida, Maine, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas. With

Richard
P. "Rick" Tutwiler
Rick was born and educated in Tampa, Florida. After
graduating from Jesuit High School in Tampa, he went on to earn his B.A. in Business
Management from the University of South Floridas College of Business Administration.
Rick completed the Basic Property Loss Adjustment Class from Crawford & Companys
University in Atlanta, GA, the only adjusters education program of its kind. Rick
joined the firm in 2005 and has successfully settled fire, flood, windstorm, vandalism,
water losses, and lightning claims for both commercial and residential properties.
He has also acted as an appraiser for various claims resulting in very successful
outcomes for the insured. He also holds licenses in Georgia, Mississippi, North
Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas. Rick is a member of the National Association
of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA), Windstorm Insurance Network Inc., Community
Association Institute Suncoast Chapter, President's Circle of the Clearwater Chamber
of Commerce, USF College of Business Alumni Chapter, and actively involved in
Big Brothers Big Sisters for community service.
