Public Adjuster's Success Story: East Coast Condo Association

Hurricane Charley exited Florida's east coast causing damage to the roofs, exterior and interior of this 3-building, 3-story condominium community. The insurance company adjuster reported to the association that much of the damage would not be covered and the total covered damages may not even exceed their $43,290.00 deductible. The condo association retained Keith Grams of Charles R. Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. who immediately performed a thorough damage assessment and met with several additional insurance company adjusters. Grams presented the insurance company his claim package and settled for more than $520,000.00.
