Public Adjuster's Success Story: Lakes Edge Condominium Association

Hurricane Charley caused damage to the roofs, exterior and interior of a 25-building condominium community. Nearly three months after the hurricane struck, the condo association's insurance company had not made any payments toward the damage or even completed its inspections. The condo association retained Keith Grams of Charles R. Tutwiler and Associates, Inc., who quickly completed a damage assessment and repair estimate. The condo association received in excess of $2.3 million.
