The Enclave is a condominium complex located in Destin, Florida. The complex is comprised of two 7-story hi-rise buildings with 82 units. The buildings are located across the street from the White Sands on the Gulf of Mexico. Hurricane "Opal" came ashore and, in the opinion of their insurance company, caused damages of $750,000.00. The association hired Charles R. Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. The loss was settled for $1,400,000.00, an increase of $650,000 over the insrance company's estimate of damages!
