Father & Son Public Adjusters Among First to be Designated into Windstorm Network Fellows Program
Charles R. “Dick” Tutwiler, President of Tampa based Tutwiler & Associates was among the first of 18 property insurance industry professionals named as a Windstorm Insurance Network Fellow (WIND-F) while his son, public adjuster Rick Tutwiler was one of only 2 individuals named as a Windstorm Insurance Network Associate (WIND-A).
