Mr. Rick Tutwiler (P.C.L.S.), a public adjuster with Tutwiler & Associates Public Adjusters of Tampa, FL, is the recipient of the 7th Annual WIND Presidential Recognition Award which was awarded at the 17th Annual Windstorm Insurance Network Conference held in Orlando, FL. The award was established to recognize annually a member who has contributed significant knowledge, service and leadership to better the Windstorm Insurance Network (WIND).
