Our offices are strategically located throughout the state of Florida and in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania allowing you to meet with our highly-trained staff at any time to discuss your residential or commercial insurance loss or denied claim crisis. We also open offices as needed when disasters arise in order to be closer to our clients. Many of our public insurance adjusters are also licensed in other states including: Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and U.S. Virgin Islands and regularly travel to those markets to meet with clients and manage their insurance claims.

Our CEO, Rick Tutwiler has served as President of the Windstorm Insurance Network (WIND) and Ambassador for the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA) and a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA). Many of our adjusters started their careers working as adjusters for insurance companies and thus understand the internal workings of the claims process and the pitfalls that can prevent a fair claims settlement. All of our adjusters participate in hours of certified training each year to keep current on the latest property insurance coverage and claims handling issues. Our team is consistently called upon to share their knowledge at industry conferences and has published numerous articles on public adjusting and insurance claims topics.
