This high-end 38 building multifamily community, arranged in 10 clusters of cul-de-sacs of one and two story townhomes and villas, suffered severe damage to the clay tile roofs throughout the community following Hurricane Wilma. The insurance company’s adjuster made a payment of $396,307.71 for a patch job on the roofs. The association retained Tutwiler and Associates which resulted in the insurance company agreeing to replace the complete roofs of all the buildings at an additional payment to the community of $1,559,169.00.
