Long Bayou condominium community located on Florida's West Coast discovered hidden structural damage as a result of decay to steel supports and metal pans on walkways. The Association's Board retained Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. to pursue the damage with its insurance carrier which resulted in a $462,500.00 settlement.
