Sandbar Townhomes Condominium is an upscale condominium community located on Tierra Verde in Pinellas County, Florida. During routine maintenance the association discovered hidden water decay in the exterior cavity walls. The Association retained Tutwiler and Associates to file their insurance claim for hidden decay under the collapse coverage. Working with the Association's legal counsel, the Merlin Law Group, the Association received a six-figure settlement allowing for full repair to the buildings.
