Thank you for taking time to call me today. I called the Insurance company claims representative and told them that I had spoken with you and that you were willing to help. I asked if they would work with me or did I need to hire you. They called me back within a few hours and said that they were willing to put me into temporary housing for a reasonable time. It was a complete 180 degree turn about from their previous decision. Thank you so much.
