Ultimar Condominium Association suffered a water loss which rendered its fire alarm system inoperative. The city officials demanded evacuation of the condo tower until the system was made operational. The Association incurred fire watch costs which were denied by the insurance company. Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. were hired by Ultimar and not only got the fire watch cost paid but also the cost of a complete new alarm system.
