On March 21, 1999 the exclusive club occupying the top floors in the Bank of America hi-rise office building in downtown Tampa, suffered severe water damage due to a ruptured water supply line. Shortly thereafter, realizing the magnitude of issues involved in the adjustment process, the Board of Directors voted to retain the professional services of Tutwiler and Associates Public Adjusters to manage the entire insurance claim process from the onset. Following extensive documentation of the loss and damage and subsequent negotiation with the Club's insurance company, the insurance claim was settled for over $360,000.00 which included tenant improvements, business and personal property damages, and loss of business income.

Needless to say, the Club's Board of Directors were very satisfied with the settlement result that Tutwiler & Associated achieved on their behalf.
