In 2006 Hurricane Wilma swept through South Florida. Although not expected to be a strong hurricane it caused a severe amount of damage. After the Condo Association filed a claim and the adjuster from the insurance company walked the property (52 Buildings) the insurance company determined that the damages were not severe enough to make a claim. Property management quickly reached out and our public adjuster secured an agreement with the Board of Directors. Our public adjuster reopened the claim, had a new adjuster assigned by the Insurer, and ultimately brought the claim under control. After much due diligence, documentation and aggressive professional representation, a fair and equitable settlement for the community was reached. Another Insured Made Whole!
