Villas on the Gulf condominium is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico, Pensacola Beach, Florida. This 13-building condominium suffered catastrophic losses to four of the buildings and major damage to the other nine buildings. After navigating through complicated wind vs. flood issues, unit owner vs. association issues, damages resulting from the additional hurricanes (Dennis, Katrina and Rita), as well as co-insurance issues, licensed public adjusters Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. recovered $4.6 million for the insured.
