Nick Chase’s career and broad industry experience has provided perfect preparation to becoming a Florida Public Insurance Adjuster. As he has refined his business skills over the years, they have all centered on his natural ability to reach out and want to help others. His knowledge in construction, combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills drew him into the public adjusting as a profession where he can continue to grow and utilize his problem solving talents to help other people during their time of need. 

Born and raised in Florida, Nick grew up in Hudson, Florida where he attended Hudson High School. He attended the Pasco Hernando Community College of Law Enforcement where he was Graduate Cadet of the Police Academy. Nick then furthered his studies in Business Administration at St. Petersburg College (SPC) where he also worked for several years as a Facilities Technician on SPC’s Seminole campus. 

Nick has extensive experience in commercial construction, facilities maintenance and operation of  heavy equipment.  He routinely performed systems maintenance and repairs to a variety of heavy equipment, including but not limited to chiller towers, building generators, HVAC systems, electrical and lighting systems, water pumps, and variable airflow valves. He also understands proper installation methods and techniques allowing him to identify any unsafe equipment before an adverse event may arise.. In addition, Nick excels at maintaining detailed records and logs, computer skills and utilizing software applications necessary to track and carry out maintenance in a timely manner. This experience will be invaluable as a public adjuster when evaluating both residential and commercial losses.

Nick started his professional career by owning a successful lawn and tree services business for seven years. He then joined the Walmart Corporation as a specialist leader in Risk Control. He also worked as a Product Freight Control Merge Operator in Walmart’s Brooksville, Florida facility. Since then, Nick has worked for various other corporations in managerial positions and business owner positions, including FedEx and Chase and Chase, LLC. 

Nick keeps current with many safety designations, including certifications in AED/CPR Rescue. He also holds a unique Certification in Florida as a Beekeeper where he regularly removes and relocates hazardous beehives to alternative locations to preserve the hives and keep the community safe.  

Nick’ and his wife Stacy, a medical administrative professional have four wonderful children and multiple pets.  During their spare time, the Chase family enjoys doing volunteer work in the community. The whole family partakes in 3-5K running events to raise funds and awareness for local and national organizations, such as the Lupus Foundation of America's Walk to End Lupus Now, Malignant Melanoma Foundation, National Down Syndrome Society, the SPCA and The Humane Society of the United States for sheltered and abused animals getting a second chance for adoption.
