One of America's well known landmarks, Martin Castle, located in the pastoral horse country of Lexington, Kentucky was destroyed in a spectacular fire reported in the national media. The "Castle" as it is locally known was being renovated when a blaze caused its total destruction. The insured, a prominent Miami real estate attorney with deep roots in this upscale bluegrass community retained the services of Tutwiler and Associates, Inc. A settlement was reached with the building risk insurer allowing for the castle, now known as Post Castle to be once again reconstructed to its former prominence.
